Refund & Returns Policy

Change of Mind

(a) We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision.

(b) Certain types of Products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include without limitation sale items, perishable goods, custom products and personal care goods.

(c) Subject to the above, and only if agreed by us in writing, you may exchange the Product, provided that in each case you:

(i) produce proof of purchase / payment,
(ii) provide the order or receipt number; and
(iii) return the Products to us (at your own expense) within 14 days after you receive them;
(iv) the returned Products are in the same condition you received them, unopened and with all original packaging intact.

(d) If you would like to request exchange a Product, please let us know by email to sales@gophergiftcards.com.au as items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Policy

(a) In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to provide a refunds for any Products delivered to you, which are:

(i) faulty
(ii) significantly different to those shown or described to you
(iii) not fit for purpose
(iv) unsafe

(b) In addition, we are also happy to provide refunds where the Product:

(i) cannot be sourced within a reasonable period of time;
(ii) has been incorrectly shipped to you, in which case the Product must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, unopened and with all original packaging intact;
(iii) has been damaged in transit, in which case please immediately:
– take photographs of the damaged Product upon receipt of it; and
– notify us of the damage by email to sales@gophergiftcards.com.au ,

(d) and we will assess the damage and work with you to reach a solution (replacement or refund). If there has been willful damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with the Product, the request for a refund may not be accepted.

(e) Unless otherwise specified by us in writing, for all returns, you will be required to provide proof of purchase/payment and the order or receipt number for the Product.

(f) For approved refunds, the amount of the refund will be paid using the same method as your original payment method, or where GOPHER Greeting and Gift Cards deems appropriate, through an alternative means.

Shipping Information

Where will my order be shipped from?

  • We ship from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

  • For orders under AUD $100: $12 flat rate for shipping or $18 flat rate for express shipping
  • For orders of $100 or more: FREE standard shipping or $12 for express shipping
  • We post Australia Wide via Australia Post depending on order size and delivery locations.

When will my order be dispatched?

  • We post daily Monday to Friday and dispatch orders within two business days after we accept your order and payment for your order is received.
